Christian Simpson
– Director and Principal Coach
Christian is Managing Director and founder member of Evolve Coaching. He is an accredited life and corporate coach with a proven track record in coaching individuals at multiple levels in large organisations such as Marks & Spencer and Energis. His pedigree stems from senior sales and management roles across diverse sectors, including capital equipment, advertising, financial services and the telecommunications and IT sector. As well as qualifications in numerous sales methodologies, Christian has a Diploma in Business Management and a Financial Planning accreditation.

Victoria Simpson
– Director and HR Advisor
Victoria is an experienced HR advisor currently working within a large telecommunications organisation.
Her role is to ensure that all members of Evolve are working to the highest professional standards and adhere to our operational codes of conduct. Victoria also keeps us all informed of emerging HR/Coaching/Personal development issues.

Elaine Frostman-Clarke – Principal Coach
Elaine is an accredited life and corporate coach. She has held several sales management and senior consultancy roles across media, telecommunications and IT sectors. Elaine has successfully coached in several FTSE 100 and SME organisations including retail and pharmaceuticals. She has experience of managing large sales teams within complex and senior operations in the IT sector, adapting to an ever-changing market and its requirements. Elaine has been a part of many and varied sales courses over the years and holds a diploma in Radio Marketing (RMM) and a management equivalent (MRM).
