Evolving Sales Performance Coaching

Developed from many years experience of working within sales
communities, this intervention has the explicit objective of building
the personal qualities within sales teams and sales management to
maximise individual and team performance, delivering increased
business via an outstanding customer experience.

Designed accordingly to specific organisation objectives, the programme
is action based to ensure optimal learning is driven through responsibility
and sustained behavioural change. It is structured to provide a series of
high impact, one to one, face to face coaching sessions over a period
of 6 to 12 months.

Due to the personal focus of the programme every intervention is structured
uniquely to the requirement of the individual. Action logs are completed by
participants throughout the process to ensure growth is measured. Feedback,
programme reviews and assessments are an integral element of the process
to ensure measurability and effectiveness against the agreed objectives.
